for arrival on August 28, 2026. Gifts may display advertisements and must be given to all attendees. If you enjoy receiving, you might consider giving. Gifts not received by August 28th  will not be placed in registration bags.         

Operator Gifts must also be shipped to the same property for arrival by August 28th, 2026

IMPORTANT:
Due to limited storage facilities, the hotel cannot accept boxes more than three days prior to arrival. A $250 storage fee will be charged for each day that boxes are stored for more than three days before arrival. The first five standard boxes received are free, but there will be a $5 fee for each box received thereafter.
